2024 BPA State Competition
GI-TEC Students Crush the Competition at Nationals!
Congratulations to Kara Skonieczny and Zoe Brown for placing at the 2024 BPA National Competition! Kara placed 1st in her event, Advanced Desktop Publishing. She was given a timed graphic design prompt, and used her skills to rise to the top and win! Zoe placed 12th in her event, Prepared Speech. She used her phenomenal presentation skills to effectively deliver her speech on how the lack of representation in media affects women in the workplace! While in Chicago, our 11 competitors participated in many fun activities around the city, such as the Shedd Aquarium, the SkyDeck at Willis Tower, and the Art Institute of Chicago! Congrats to everyone who went, and a special congrats to our finalist and national champion!
