Congratulations Katerin! — Katerin earned 1st Place in Knife Cuts at the Michigan ProStart Competition, showcasing her precision and talent on a statewide stage. From flawless fine julienne to beautifully executed chiffonade cuts, she truly shone while representing GI-TEC with skill and confidence.
